How to reach us

Guest post and story submissions
We welcome well-researched, practical articles and personal stories about farm life. To submit a guest post or a farm story, include the following in your email:
- A short bio (1–2 sentences) and links to any previously published work.
- A 150–300 word summary of your proposed article or story.
- Photos (optional) and permission to use them if accepted.
Our editorial team aims to respond to submissions within 10–14 business days. If you don’t hear back in two weeks, feel free to follow up.
Consultations and farm advice
We offer short phone or video consultations and longer planning sessions for larger projects (fencing, rotational grazing plans, barn layout, and animal care protocols). To request a consultation, tell us:
- Your location and the species or breeds involved.
- Concise description of the issue or goal.
- Preferred format: email summary, 30-minute call, or a 60–90 minute planning session.
We’ll follow up with availability and an outline of fees (some introductory consultations may be free or discounted).
Media, partnerships, and speaking
If you represent media, an organization, or are inviting a speaker, please include event details, dates, audience size, and the nature of the request. For partnership inquiries, tell us the mutual benefits and any proposed timelines.
Privacy and response time
Your contact details are used only to respond to your inquiry and will not be shared. We typically respond to messages within 3–7 business days, depending on volume. For urgent animal health emergencies, please contact a local veterinarian immediately.
